We provide group classes and private 1:1/2:1 sessions ensuring clients are given individual advice and hands on attention throughout the session. Our Pilates team is led by Clare who is a Pilates Teacher Trainer with Health & Fitness Education (HFE) alongside her work with Restore Fitness Therapies, meaning the teaching is of the highest standard, and it provides a safe but effective way to exercise wherever you are starting from.
We offer a broad range of Mixed Ability classes throughout the week to help clients reduce their back pain and increase their core strength and flexibility. Clare is also specially trained in pre and post natal exercise and offers classes for new mums looking for a safe and supportive environment to regain their core strength where they can bring their baby. In addition, we know that group classes don’t suit everyone so we offer private sessions at our home or yours where we can tailor sessions to entirely meet your needs.
We are committed to keeping the sessions up to date, varied and highly effective by attending regular training ourselves. All the equipment is provided for you and we offer a range of different packages to suit all lifestyles.
