Where are you at?

You’re aware that all those little aches, pains and niggles are starting to add up and your body doesn’t bounce back as quickly as it used to. You’ve spent years putting everyone else first or maybe prioritising your career, but realised that it’s time to get serious about your own health and wellbeing as you head towards the next significant birthday! You’ve heard that Pilates is fantastic but don’t know much about it or maybe just haven’t gotten around to trying a class.

You spend hours either sitting or standing and feel sure that this is contributing to your back pain. A demanding job and/or family life mean that you often struggle to make time to exercise and commit to a regular class. You might have been quite active in the past but life has just got in the way or injuries have stopped you doing the activities you love. All of this has left you lacking strength and feeling a bit out of shape which might have had the knock on effect of you feeling dissatisfied with how your body looks and feels.

You need to get a regular exercise routine which will allow you to re-gain your strength without having to sweat it out at the gym. You also need to start tackling your back pain by knowing what exercises and stretches to do and to be guided through them by a professional. You are looking for a local, friendly group class so that you are not feeling lost in a huge, faceless exercise class.

You know you need help and assistance with your posture and technique so you prefer a teacher who offers hands-on corrections and advice that goes beyond the class. You need advice on how to apply Pilates in your everyday life and not just for that 1hr in class.

How can the Group Classes help you?

Each class has a maximum of 12 students at a time, so you get the attention and support you need from the teacher. Teachers will offer hands-on corrections so you become more aware of your posture. Advice and tips for things to do outside the class so you can continue to improve. A flexible class schedule that works around your busy and unpredictable schedule. Motivation and accountability so you meet your goals and see the changes you want to see.
